Simply the best B&B we have stayed at , immaculate barn conversion, lovely decor and furnishings, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed. Friendly welcome by Sue and Tess the farm dog, with a refreshing pot of tea on arrival. Delicious full English breakfast cooked by Sue. Farm in beautiful peaceful surroundings. We can’t recommend this B&B enough. Would love to come back. Tim & Helen H , Steeton, Yorkshire Dales.
We have stayed in a lot of lovely places overnight and Park farm did not disappoint. The room was gorgeous with a big glass door with incredible views of the countryside. There was everything we needed in the room and the bed was huge and very comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely recommend it
B&B of high quality, plus small kitchenette for guest use, all in lovely rural setting. Very restful, and well looked after by the host. Space to unwind. Very comfy bed, everything is immaculate and fuss free.
This place is amazing from the minute you pull into the court yard. Located on a working farm this is a beautifully renovated building connected to the owners farm house all located in picture post card scenery. The owner Sue is there to greet you on arrival and is the ideal host, nothing is too much. there are three good sized bedrooms and a lounge dining area. two bedrooms are accessed by stairs whilst the other is on the ground floor. In the bedrooms you'll find everything you could need nothing has been forgotten. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and you wont want to get out of it in the morning. The rooms are on-suite with a walk in shower, and there are thick soft towels on the heated rail. Breakfast could not be faulted and was cooked to perfection, with plenty of choice.
I've been visiting Park Farm B&B for about 5 years now and have always rated it very highly indeed. Due to my relocation to Scotland I've not had an opportunity to return for over 12 months. However, I recently spent 3 nights at Park Farm, and the welcome was warm, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast magnificent. Just as it always has been - standards are still the highest I have encountered in a B&B!
We stayed at Park Farm B&B on a Saturday night in May before attending an MG rally and it was in an absolutely beautiful location; we had a lovely room with a 'country feel' to it and the owner was very amenable and helpful, offering some good advice about the area to us. The breakfast was also fantastic. I am gluten free and there were cereals and bread - very impressive. We would highly recommend staying here and would have no hesitation in staying here again!
Really beautiful area, very welcoming and friendly owners, spacious room with everything in it and an amazing organic breakfast. Thank you very much for the great experience, we will definetly return!
We wished to visit the National Trust properties of Hardwick Hall and Woolsthorpe Manor. We found Park Farm B&B online, and we always begin by assessing any B&B by the initial welcome. There is no problem at Park Farm, Sue made us very welcome with tea and cake. Our room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Next morning we had a beautifully cooked and delicious breakfast. We have been to many B&B's over the years and this rates as one of the best. We hope to return.
Park Farm is a working farm with beef cattle & sheep is a spectacular rural location
the 3 rooms are in a separate building to the farmhouse with a separate sitting room for the guests and use of a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals in the evenings
I had what was called the Small Room, which wasn't at all small - a large very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table; with everything you could need including free bottled water
The rooms were looked after by farmer's wife Sue who cooked the breakfast, and very happy that she cooked early so I could leave by 7.30 every day
Will be coming back
